COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cp Servo W-Z2D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electro-Cam products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Danfoss product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Cam such as the PS614424M17L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HVX00514B1P6 manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 175Z7360 by Manufacturer Danfoss as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand ECL02B2A9A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton such as HMX34AG06121N equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MHE316CONS0000 made by Emerson as well as the popular HVX030A22A1N1 original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VLT5004PT5B20STR0DL by Danfoss and HMX34AG06121N spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMX5D674NAP6L4P2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton. |
